A Vallejo man was arrested at Kaiser Permanente Vallejo Medical Center for trying to shoplift from the gift store there, on Monday, Vallejo Police Department Lt. Herman Robinson said.
"Monday morning, a gentleman entered the Kaiser gift shop and was observed placing several items into a bag he was carrying," he said.
