Due to scheduled road closures for the Women's March Napa Valley in downtown Napa on Saturday, Vine Transit buses that normally operate on Third Street will run on First Street starting at 9 a.m., with temporary stops at Seminary and Main Streets, agency officials announced.
The Seminary stop is the nearest to Napa City Hall, where the march is scheduled to start at 10 a.
