Touro University California is welcoming Vallejo native Sarah Sweitzer as Provost and Chief Academic Officer to join the school Jan. 29, school officials announced.
"Dr. Sweitzer's intelligence, enthusiasm, and talent are exemplary," Touro College and University System President Alan Kadish said.
