The southbound State Route 29 on-ramp from Lincoln Avenue in downtown Napa will be closed weeknights likely through March, so the California Department of Transportation can widen shoulders on the ramp and install a concrete barrier, agency officials said.

For worker and public safety, the southbound Highway-29 on-ramp from Lincoln Avenue will be closed 11 p.
