In the wake of devastating California wildfires, State Sen. Bill Dodd (D-Napa) introduced new insurance reform legislation aimed at helping victims of such fires and other major disasters, his office staff announced.
The October Tubbs, Atlas and Nuns fires were in Dodd's district.
