The founder and former owner of one of downtown Vallejo's oldest business fixtures has passed away, friends and family of Christ Pappakostas said Monday.
"With great sadness, I have to announce the passing of our long-time parishioner Christ Pappakostas," lifelong friend Deme Stall-Nash said on Facebook.
