NAPA >> Napa Valley residents and visitors can ride Vine Transit for free Jan. 15 to 17 as part of the "Resolution to Ride" campaign, which encourages people to give public transit a try in 2018, agency officials announced.
"Whether the goal is to stress less during your commute, help the environment or save money, taking public transit is a great way to check off a number of boxes on New Year's resolution lists," they said.
