AMERICAN CANYON >> The Walmart Supercenter's parking lot on Friday became the site of a stakeout that helped police nab one of several suspected carjackers, American Canyon Police Chief Oscar Ortiz said.
The incident began with an armed carjacking in Fairfield early Friday evening, he said.
