Emergency rules adopted to support North Bay Wildfires recovery

An emergency regulation was adopted Monday by the California Board of Forestry and Fire Protection (Board) to help facilitate recovery from "the unprecedented damage" caused by the October 2017 wildfires in the forested portions of Napa, Sonoma, and Mendocino counties, officials announced.

The North Bay Wildfires were the deadliest and some of the costliest in California history, they said.
