Beloved local theater, sports figure Harry Diavatis passes away

Harry Diavatis, a fixture in the Vallejo area community theater and college sports worlds, passed away Monday night, his family said.

He was 73.

The final curtain came in his sleep, his son, Jason Diavatis, said.

"Born Nov. 30, 1944, (Harry Diavatis was) an amazing, talented, and loving man.
