Installation of several new pedestrian warning lights and brighter street lights on Sonoma Boulevard in Vallejo has begun, California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) announced Monday.
The new pedestrian warning lights, or beacons, which are similar to traffic lights, are being installed at four SR-29/Sonoma Boulevard intersections - at Alabama, Illinois, Capitol and Ohio Streets.
