Just when some first-time home buyers think they've scraped together enough money for a down payment, it can be discouraging to learn it may not cover the home inspections they need.
To try and take some of the sting out of this, Solano Association of Realtors members can now offer rebates - the first of its kind offer in Vallejo - for those inspection costs, association president Linda Daraskavich said.
