A lack of available homes for sale in Vallejo continues to drive prices up, though the area remains the least expensive in the Bay Area to buy or rent a home, two new industry reports show.
The number of homes sold in Solano in April fell 5 percent from a year ago, but the median price of homes sold in that time rose 12 percent to $392,000, according to CoreLogic's most recent report.
