A Vallejo resident and longtime Benicia city employee died in a solo vehicle crash on Wednesday, Benicia officials announced.
Benicia Police Officers and Firefighters responded to a report of an overturned vehicle on Lake Herman and Reservoir roads at about 10:39 a.m., and found the driver, identified as Vallejo's Michael Ferrara, 59.
