BENICIA >> Residents here are advised that the Valero Refinery has switched activity to the North Flare to allow complete inspection of the South Flare this week, following Friday's incident, city officials announced.
Company officials alerted the city to this switch to the North Flare, the one closest to the refinery administration building on East Second Street.
