BENICIA > > Mayor Elizabeth Patterson will be part of a series of speakers addressing environmental issues in the Commonwealth Club's "How Cities Can Solve Climate Challenge" program in San Francisco on Thursday.
Patterson will be one of five experts discussing how mayors and other civic leaders are "bypassing national politics and working around federal restrictions to both clean up their cities and foster growth in renewable energy," Commonwealth Media Director Riki Rafner said.
