The Solano County Department of Health and Social Services, Health Promotion and Community Wellness Bureau is offering a free program to quit tobacco use, including smoking and vaping, organizers said.
The program - consisting of five weekly sessions - starts Thursday, June 1 at the agency's Vallejo conference room 3117, at 355 Tuolumne St.
