BENICIA >> The Community Development Department is requesting input from residents and business owners about an ambitious "Industrial Park Transportation and Employment Center Plan," also known as the "TEC Plan."
The plan would transform the Industrial Park into a more inviting and user-friendly area, with improvements to the existing road and railway infrastructure, as well as creating bike and pedestrian paths.
