After two years of public discussion and technical work, a long-range Bay Area regional transportation plan was released on Monday, with Vallejo residents set to get their chance to weigh in next month.
The Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) released the Draft Plan Bay Area 2040 - an updated, long-range regional transportation plan and sustainable communities strategy for the nine-county San Francisco Bay Area, officials said.
