NAPA >> Napa County groundwater has returned to normal levels after recent rains washed away years of drought influence on the valley floor, county officials announced.
The county is fortunate that a vast majority of the wells recharge quickly with winter rains, they said.
The 2016 Comprehensive Groundwater Monitoring Program Report, which provides an in-depth look at the community's groundwater levels, was released Tuesday.
