Solano County has the most affordable houses for sale in the Bay Area, though "affordable" is a relative term, as anyone house-hunting in the Bay Area well knows.
The latest CoreLogic data, released Thursday, shows that the median price of a home sold in Solano County in March was $382,750 - 6 percent higher than February's $361,000.
