A federal grand jury returned a 25-count indictment on April 6, charging six defendants in connection with defrauding a Solano County energy generation company of more than $2.2 million, United States Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.
The indictment was unsealed and all six defendants arraigned Monday, according to the announcement.
