BENICIA >> Members of the Benicia City Council disagreed with one another on Tuesday night over the choice of who should fill a Planning Commission vacancy.
Two people have been selected to the commission - Kathleen Catton and Dan Masdeo - but councilmembers Mark Hughes and Alan Schwartzman respectfully dissented on the Masdeo appointment.
