Benicia City Council to examine a long list of agenda items, including legalized pot

BENICIA >> Tuesday night's City Council meeting promises to be a long one, with several complicated issues being discussed.

Up for debate are a problem storm drain on St. Augustine Drive, street repaving, broadband expansion in the Industrial Park, historic buildings on the Amports property and perhaps the thorniest issue - whether or not to regulate legal marijuana in Benicia.
