The person shot and killed in the middle of a Vallejo street Friday was identified as 21-year-old Maleek Mitchell of Fairfield, Vallejo Police Department Lt. Kent Tribble said Monday.
Mitchell was found just after 11 p.m. Friday near the intersection of Marin and Pennsylvania streets, following reports of a shooting coming into the Vallejo Police Department.
