BENICIA >> More road microsurfacing improvements on First Street in downtown have been announced for Monday, April 17 and Tuesday, April 18, from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m., weather permitting.
Parking on First Street won't be permitted during the construction.
Microsurfacing is a way to extend the life of pavement by installing a protective seal made from an asphalt emulsion and finely crushed stone .
