Kaiser Vallejo, Vacaville get top marks from health care safety group

Kaiser Permanente hospitals in Vallejo and Vacaville received the top score of "A" from the Leapfrog Group in its annual safety report, which examined and graded more than 2,600 hospitals throughout the United States, Kaiser officials announced.
