Like most of the country, Solano and Napa counties' jobless rates fell in March, the latest state figures, released Friday, show.
The Eonomic Policy Institute notes the data reveals "most states continuing their trajectory toward recovery. A majority of states saw modest gains in employment and declines in their unemployment rates.
